1. WordPress Plugins

1.1 Our plugins

Premium Themes develops and sells the following WooCommerce plugins:

• Ordafide – Order Integrity for WooCommerce
• Recirco – Returns & Exchanges for WooCommerce

Each plugin has a free version, available on WordPress.org, and a Pro add-on sold at www.premium-themes.co.

1.2 Open-source license (GPL)

All our plugins, free and Pro, are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or (at your option) any later version. You are free to use, study, modify, and redistribute the code under the terms of the GPL. The full license text is available at https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.html.

1.3 What a Pro license includes

When you buy a Pro license, you receive a license key. While the key is active, it gives you:

• Automatic plugin updates delivered to your WordPress dashboard
• Access to Pro downloads from your account
• Direct support from our team

The license key covers these services. It does not limit your rights to the code under the GPL.

1.4 License plans

Each Pro plugin is sold separately, with three plans:

Current prices are shown on each plugin’s product page. A license for one plugin does not cover the other.

1.5 Activating your license

• A “site” means one live (production) WordPress installation on a single domain.
• [Confirm: Local development, staging, and test sites (for example localhost, *.local, *.test, staging.*) do not count toward your site limit.]
• To move a license to a different site, deactivate it in the plugin’s settings on the old site, or from My Account, then activate it on the new site.
• If you need more sites, you can upgrade your plan at any time from My Account. [Confirm whether you offer prorated upgrades.]

1.6 Renewal and expiry

• Pro licenses are valid for [one year from the date of purchase] and [renew automatically / can be renewed manually].
• If your license expires, the Pro plugin [continues to work on your site], but you will no longer receive updates or support until you renew.
• We recommend keeping your license active so you receive security fixes and compatibility updates for new versions of WordPress and WooCommerce.

1.7 Free and Pro versions

The free version of each plugin is fully functional on its own. The Pro add-on extends it with additional features and requires the free version to be installed and active.

1.8 Support

• Support is provided via [Email / ticket system], and we aim to respond within [1–2 business days].
• Support covers installing, configuring, and using our plugins, and fixing bugs in our code.
• Support does not cover custom development, customization of our plugins, or problems caused by third-party themes, plugins, or hosting environments. We will, however, try to help identify the cause.
• Users of the free version can get community support through the plugin’s WordPress.org support forum.

1.9 Refund policy

• Pro licenses can be refunded within 15 days of purchase.
• To request a refund, contact us at help@preimum-themes.co with your order number.
• Once a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated, and updates and support stop.
• License renewals are not covered by this refund policy.

1.10 License checks and data

To validate your license and deliver updates, the Pro plugins connect to our license server at pr.webexpertsonline.org, which is operated by Web Experts Online, the company behind Premium Themes. The following information is sent:

• Your license key
• Your site’s URL
• The plugin version [and your WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP versions, if collected]

This data is used only for license validation, update delivery, and support. We do not collect your store’s customer or order data. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

1.11 Third-party components

Our plugins may include third-party libraries, each distributed under its own GPL-compatible license. Details are included in each plugin’s readme file.

1.12 Trademarks

WordPress® and WooCommerce® are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Premium Themes is not affiliated with or endorsed by WordPress.org, WooCommerce, or Automattic.

1.13 No warranty

Our plugins are distributed in the hope that they will be useful, but without any warranty, without even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. See the GNU General Public License and our Terms for details.

HTML Templates:

Use of an item is bound by the license you purchase. A license grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use and incorporate the item in your personal or commercial projects. There are several licenses available:

Free License Terms:

• You may download free templates from www.premium-themes.co and use them in any personal or business project without any charge. Keeping the developer credits on the footer is mandatory
• You may not offer those templates, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale. You cannot include the template with a website offered for sale or distributed for free.
• You may be permitted to convert a template to a CMS theme to sell or distribute for free, but the copyright holder’s permission (preferably written) is required.
• We don’t provide any support for the items displayed on www.premium-themes.co. Please purchase Single site license or Multisite license in order to get supports if required.

Single site license:

• Your use of the item is restricted to a single domain or client.
• You may use the item in work which you are creating for your own purposes or for your client.
• You must not incorporate the item in a work which is created for redistribution or resale by you or your client.
• The item may not be redistributed or resold.
• If the item contains licensed components, those components must only be used within the item and you must not extract and use them on a stand-alone basis.
• If the item was created using materials which are the subject of a GNU General Public License (GPLv2), your use of the item is subject to the terms of the GPLv2 in place of the foregoing conditions (to the extent the GPL applies). https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.en.html

Multi-site license:

• Multi-site license allows you to create single or multiple websites for use by you or your client or client domains.
  You may use the tempalte to creating websites for your own purposes or for your clients.
• You must not incorporate the item in a work which is created for redistribution or resale by you or your client.
  The item may not be redistributed or resold.
• If the item contains licensed components, those components must only be used within the item and you must not extract and use them on a stand-alone basis.
